Change your personal settings

Optionally, you can personalize your account at this website and change your password.

  • When you register at the website, a personal profile is created for you. You can access the settings of this profile by clicking on "Preferences" on the right upper part of the page. It is recommended that you open a new window (by right-clicking on the link and choosing "open in new window" in the popup-menu), so you can keep these instructions visible.

  • If you want to change your password, click on "Change password" and follow the instructions.

  • To personalize your account, click on "Personal Preferences".

  • You can then change your preferences in the next form.

  • Your email-address will not be published on the website.

  • In "Biography", you can write a few sentences about yourself. This is entirely optional, you can leave this blank. This information will be publically visible.

  • If you want, you can provide a link to your homepage. This link will also be visible to others

  • As "Content Editor", we recommend to use the option "FCKEditor". This is only relevant if you want to create your own pages on this website.

  • You can ignore the "Enable external editing" option

  • If you don't want your profile (name, biography, homepage, portrait) to be visible to others, uncheck the "Listed in Searches" option.

  • You can even upload a portrait which will be visible with your profile.

  • Don't forget to press "Save" at the end.
