*Institutional fee means that you come from an organisation (university, association, etc.) and do not pay the participation fee personally, at least in part, but have it refunded.
CANCELLATION TERMS: If you cancel your registration by 30.6.2023, 100 % of the paid participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations until 31.7.2023, 50 % of the participation fee will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, no refund of the congress fee will be made.
